Our formulas

Apart from sports stays (weekends or internships) courses, we offer an accommodation only formula with loan of equipment.

The formula includes:

• Private accommodation either in an apartment for 2/4 people or in an apartment for 4/6 people

• Loan of equipment on reservation (bicycles, surfboards, paddles, windsurfers, Wingfoils, swimming suit or for sliding, etc.)

• Access to a locker room for changing and showering

• Optional additional services: shopping, breakfasts, cleaning and bedding

Weekend 2 days / 2 nights with an arrival on Friday at the end of the afternoon and a departure on Sunday at the end of the afternoon.

The formula includes:

• Collective accommodation in an apartment for 2/4 people or in an apartment for 4/6 people

• Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner, except dinner on Saturday evening to let you discover our small restaurants nearby)

• Sports activities supervised by a qualified instructor: triathlon, swim run, surfing, wingfoil, windsurfing, paddleboarding, cycling, running/trail running, swimming in open water, long coast, Nordic walking, yoga...

• Soft activities: watercolor workshop, naturalist outings in the Salt Marshes or in Brière, seaweed cooking and picking...

Sports courses 5 days / 6 nights with half board, with arrival from late Sunday afternoon with welcome dinner, then departure on Saturday morning.

The formula includes:

• Collective accommodation in an apartment for 2/4 people or in an apartment for 4/6 people

• Half-board (breakfast, lunch or snack during activities). In the evening you can discover our small restaurants nearby

• Sports activities supervised by a qualified instructor: triathlon, swim run, surfing, wingfoil, windsurfing, paddleboarding, cycling, running/trail running, swimming in open water, long coast, Nordic walking, yoga...

• A challenge or a competition at the end of the course if the agenda allows it (additional night depending on competition)
